WWR residents against imposed 80$/month Spectrum internet+cable

Us residents of Winsted at White Rock request to open a discussion with the management/owners about the recently imposed 80$ charge for Spectrum internet+cable. This mandatory charge was unanticipated, not publicised, and inserted in the new contracts without warning or communication. It imposes on all of us to accept a service we don't desire. The only alternative we've been presented with is to move out of our apartments. 

We request that the charge gets either revoked, allowing us to pick and choose whatever service contract we prefer, or that at a minimum 3 options may be presented: no service, internet only, and internet+cable.
