Voting Poll in Brisbane

Respected Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Australia

As you are aware, the eleventh presidential election will be held on Friday 14/06/2013 (1392/03/24).

Unfortunately we have been informed that a voting poll will not be provided in Brisbane. We, a group of Iranian residents of Queensland request; with due consideration that at the present time approximately four thousand Iranians with the eligibility to vote reside in Queensland; that a voting poll be organised for the city of Brisbane, the capital of this state to provide the basis for the participation of Iranian residents of this state, in order to utilise their voting rights.

همانگونه كه مستحضر هستيد يازدهمين انتخابات رياست جمهورى در تاريخ جمعه ١٣٩٢/٣/٢٤ مصادف با ١٤/٦/٢٠١٣ برگزار ميگردد
متاسفانه باخبر شديم كه صندوق راى گيرى براى شهر بريزبن در نظر گرفته نشده است. ما جمعى از ايرانيان مقيم كويينزلند درخواست ميكنيم با توجه به اينكه درحال حاضر حدود ٤٠٠٠ نفر ايرانى واجد شرايط راى دادن در كويينزلند ساكن هستند، زمينه مشاركت ايرانيان مقيم اين ايالت جهت استفاده از حق راى شان را فراهم آورده و نسبت به ارسال صندوق راى گيرى به شهر بريزبن مركز اين ايالت اقدام بفرماييد
