This petition is with the purpose of identifying individuals and securing there honest testimony that the following statement(s) is true to the best of there knowledge and that there signature is given of there own free will without personal incentive. This petition is regarding the care and custody of one heavily flea-bitten, gray, quarter horse type mare referred to as "Moe".

This petition is for individuals to attest to certain statements. 1) That "Moe" has, for several months, been in the care and custody of Breanna Say and parent. 2) That Breanna Say has consistently competed on "Moe" since being in her care and custody. 3) That "Moe" has been cared for properly since being in Breanna Says custody.IMG_0271.JPG
