Four-way stops needed on 2nd Ave, Houghton

2nd Avenue, Houghton has become increasingly dangerous, with accidents happening regularly due to people jumping the stop streets at 4th St and Central St.

In addition, 2nd Ave is being used as a race track because it has a clear run from West Street all the way to 3rd Street. 

Four-way stops in 2nd Ave at the intersections of 4th St and Central street will significantly reduce both these issues.
