we declare a vote of no confidence in ward 26 krugersdorp  sector 5 chair CPF Koen


 We community of west village  have tried by all means to prove that we are matured people and that we can provide leadership ! What is happening is done deliberately with an aim of frustrating the people and miss guide people   I have consulted a number of experts on this matter and this is crazy that a individual community chair person use his title to bully people to believe he own the cpf, and demand  other entities must be approved by him 

Community Freedom. In Our Life Time! no individual must think they own any community or misuse his title

Numerous people in the CPF structure support this motion we call a 'by election '
