با توجه به اینکه حضرتعالی در جریان شرح وظایف کمیته تحقیقات و فناوری دانشجویی و انگیزه دانشچویان هستید، اینجانبان اعضای شورای مرکزی کمیته تحقیقات و فناوری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه و امضا کنندگان ذیل، با توجه به متن صریح اساسنامه کمیتههای تحقیقات و فناوری دانشجویی کشور، و با توجه به کسب بالاترین رای و امتیاز توسط سرکار خانم دکتر کوثر قادری در انتخابات مورخ 2 تیرماه 1401 و همچنین شایعاتی مبنی بر لابیگری یکی از کاندیدهای محترم جهت کسب سمت سرپرستی کل، لذا از حضرتعالی درخواست مینماییم انتخاب سرکار خانم دکتر قادری را به سمت سرپرست کل کمیته تحقیقات و فناوری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه تایید فرمایید.
