Its unreasonable to try make us travel so far to another call centre when we have child care an families to come back too which adds a hour at least at beginning an end of your shift in travelling

Key workers who risked their health by working in a cramped call centre, until home-working eventually came in, deserve better treatment. They supported the country and capita during their time of need and to repay them capita is throwing them into the gutter, simply out of convenience. There are clearly options for the current workforce to keep their jobs by working from home, something capita was happy to support when it suited them.
